We are pleased to announce that the Shakin the Rock Mud Drags and Car Show are all now in one show at Jeans Park in the town of Castleford Idaho. With a new name that pulls it all together and describes it best.
This years show is now over but we are looking foward to and planning the 2011 Jamboree. Thanks to everyone the turnout was great and everyone had fun. This site will be redone all year long so check back for all the updates for 2011.
The 50/50 Drawing and Wristlet sales has brought in $800.00 as of July 19th 2010
We will still be selling the wristlets until the school year ending 2011. When the
moneys will be distributed. You can also donate to the Castleford Classics Motor Jamboree Scholarship Fund at First Federal Bank in Buhl.
Shakin the Rock Mud Drags is in it's 5th year growing bigger and better every year, and with the date moved from the middle of August to the new date in July it won't interfere with other mud drags in nearby states and will only grow with more participant's.
This year Thumper will be showing up to take you for a thrill ride both Saturday and Sunday. Thumper is a full grown MONSTER TRUCK that can haul up to10 passengers at a time.

Show and Shine, Burnouts,$500 Poker run,Mud Drags are just the start of this fun filled weekend.
Street Dance with music by Copperhead, 50's and 60's music in the park,Goody bags for all registered. Vendor's in the park Saturday & Sunday.
Kids and Adult dash for cash in the mud pit!, Raffles both days, with the grand prize raffle's Sunday afternoon.

The Idaho National Guard will be there again this year, but will not be here next year due to deployment.
We all need to say our goodby's and good luck's to these brave men and woman who will be going off to keep us safe and help keep our freedoms. Thanks so much for what you do.
UPDATE!! Due to circumstances out of our control, The National Guard will not be here.
They will be bringing with them a new 2009 Custom painted Harley Super Glide, to Raffle off at $20.00 a ticket.
The drawing will be at half time on Saturday July 31, during the Rodeo at the Bannock County Fairgrounds
in Pocatello ID. only 2500 tickets sold, (need not to be present to win), so you can go ahead get your tickets at the Castleford Classics Motor Jamboree event.
They also will have Adult Beverage's for your pleasure.(aka beer garden)

Castleford Cheerleaders and Volley Ball Team will have breakfast in the park both days.
Cub Scouts, Pack-106 from Castleford and Buhl will be in charge of keeping the park clean and cans empty during the event and working toward a Badge for their great work.
